Women will lose on average two dress sizes and 20-40 pounds and in a six week course. Men lose on average 30-50 pounds. Well over 90% of our patients meet their goals and are extremely happy with their results. Is calorie restriction required to maintain my weight loss? Will I gain my weight back immediately? Amazingly, you will not regain your weight back if simple suggestions are followed.
