Can I use my medicare or other insurance?
Although you may not realize it, the holistic, or complementary approach
to health care is the traditional one in many countries around the world.
Not so in the USA.
Because of the progressive nature of this kind of approach to health, your
insurance company may have no knowledge or prior experience with
complementary health care. In addition, legislation specifically does not
usually include preventative health care or nutritional therapy.
We encourage you to contact your insurance company and your congressmen
and senators to let them know that you are interested in complementary
therapies, and specifically, biofeedback. Your interest and persistence
may help to pave the way for more global awareness of this type of health
care in the future.
Although we do not file insurance claims at this office, we will be happy
to provide you with a receipt which contains the procedural insurance
codes so that you can submit your own insurance claim.
